And if Sergey is a real auto mechanic, as I think, then he should take those orders that he is guaranteed to be able to repair and fix the problem in the car and only take money for a good and high-quality job! Take money for a positive result in auto repair!!! If he is not sure about the spare part and or the repair itself, then he should tactfully and delicately refuse and not take on work that will not give a result to the customer! I did not write just like that, since this happened several times when he took on repairs, but the cause of the breakdown was not eliminated, I was left with the problem of a broken car, and he still took payment from me! This happened several times and I and he still have order sheets and you can easily check this! This is my personal opinion that this cannot be done and I am 100% right, since I am the customer and did not make anything up on my own! He is a mechanic, not me! I can be wrong, and he has no right to do this, since this is his business and his responsibility and he has licenses, according to which he guarantees the quality of work! I wrote all this so that other people do not fall for such moments of dishonest attitude on the part of the mechanic Sergey! I did not make anything up on my own, I am a simple customer, I am 67 years old and I am already retired and $ 270 is not a small amount of money, if as you write, that Sergey really admits guilt and wants to return my funds, let him return the funds for his unfulfilled work to my card, this will show his integrity or dishonesty! Sergey has all my data and also my address and it is easy for him to write out checks and send them to my address!!!!!!!

We offered a refund. Point of sale customers need to present with card and id to issue a refund. We do not store any customer card information.

The owner of the auto business, Sergiy, is not a very decent and deceitful person, he can make a poor-quality repair and take money for it and not be responsible for his actions and the final result, and in this case you will be left with your broken car and the same problems with which you contacted him! Serge is fair and competent. Initially came to diagnose some electrical issues. Fixed my problem as well as another problem that I didn’t ask about. Now, I go well out of my way to get work done by them.
